I'll admit it. I was nervous and skeptical about selling my house. I knew what the market was like, but I was skeptical about getting the price Ellie thought we should list at. I trusted her methods, but I had NERVES. 18 hours after listing my house was sold at full price! 36 hours later she helped us find our dream house and we were in escrow on both. Today I move into our new house, and still am in shock on how smooth everything went.

We were referred to Ellie when we first started considering relocating to the northern Nevada area. She understood what we were looking for at the time. On our first tour she choose representative properties according to our wish list and located in the various areas we might consider. Having Ellie's experience from growing up in the area helped us narrow our search down considerably. She continued to work with us as we watch listings.
Eventually we choose to rent a property near our target area and step up our market search. Ellie reassured us she would work with us at our pace and direction. We continued to watch the market and evaluate candidate properties until one day Ellie called with a price change on a property we were interested in. She assisted us in crafting an offer to secure the property and proceed with a rapid close and "final" relocation.
Ellie was excellent for us. She was calm and thoughtful. The drama was minimized, her personal bias was only offered if asked and she was exceptionally open to our interests and able to be focused as we revised our goals and desired properties. Her knowledge of real estate processes and contracts as well as local history, zoning, water rights and other details were excellent.

Ellie was great. We were selling a home in California in order to complete a 1031 exchange in Nevada. The close of our California home kept pushing out but Ellie was patient and kept us informed weekly of new properties that were new on the market. Because we were coming a long way to view properties, she would arrange for us to see numerous houses over a weekend. She referred us to mortgage professionals, title and escrow companies and arranged for all inspections prior to the close of escrow. I highly recommend her and would use her services again should we need to purchase or sell another property.

We met 3 other realtors and no one was as quick and on top of finding a place for our family as she was. She was very foreward with all details and suggestions. Stayed right on top of things and very quick to contact when needed. She had no hesitation answering all our questions and was very nice through the entire process.
